For too long, work uniforms in Sri Lanka meant the same thing: stiff collars, unbreathable fabrics, and one-size-fits-none tailoring. Uniforms were something teams endured, not something they wore with pride. We started Agent Design Lab because we knew there was a better way.
We’re a small workshop in Hokandara with a tight-knit crew of expert tailors, and we build workwear people actually want to put on. Not off-the-shelf templates stamped with a logo — considered, modern garments cut for the way your team moves, works, and represents your brand every single day.
From the First Sketch to the Final Stitch
Every uniform we make starts as a conversation. We want to understand your business, your space, your climate, and the people who’ll be wearing what we create. From there we sketch, prototype, and refine — choosing fabrics that breathe in the tropical heat, fits that flatter without fuss, and finishes that hold up to real, everyday wear.
Because we’re the ones cutting and stitching, you deal directly with the makers. No layers of account managers, no corporate bureaucracy — just a fast, honest process and a team that takes the details personally.

100% solar-powered by 2028. We’re transitioning our entire workshop to run on clean, renewable energy.
An electric fleet by 2030. We’re committed to moving our delivery and day-to-day operations to fully electric vehicles.
